Health and well-being thanks to Ayurveda

Ayurveda is an integral health system dating back over 5,000 years, with its roots in India.

A holistic medicine, it aims to align the heart, body and mind, enabling personal fulfilment on a physical, mental and spiritual level.

As a preventive and curative medicine, and a true philosophy of life, it is suitable for everyone, at any age.

So, whether you're looking for therapeutic treatments, to optimise your health, for greater satisfaction in your life or greater alignment in your daily life, Ayurveda is there to help you.

Ayurvedic treatment

The natural way

The practitioner determines your birth constitution or Prakriti. Ayurveda considers that each individual is unique thanks to a mixture of 3 energies or active principles (Doshas) that are specific to him or her. Understanding which Doshas are dominant in your constitution gives you a better understanding of how you function and enables you to manage your own health on a daily basis. It is also the basis of any Ayurvedic treatment protocol.

Ayurveda uses countless methods to restore or maintain the body's natural state of health, also known as homeostasis. One of its founding principles is the interconnection of the individual with his or her environment. The practitioner will give you recommendations on your diet, lifestyle, seasonal rhythms and your yoga practice if you wish (meditation, pranayama, asanas, etc.). Other areas can also be used on request (stones, colours, smells, etc.).

Above all, it's about rediscovering your natural balance - defined at birth - through your everyday actions. This is the way to ensure that any change is long-lasting. In so doing, you develop a real understanding of your body and the art of leading it towards greater vitality.

Holistic coaching

Learning to take care of yourself

I support you in your daily life - through messages and in consultation, to guide you in your healing. Lasting changes are those that are made with gentleness and compassion, and that's what I aim to put in place with you.

You'll receive the kind support you need to overcome your blockages. There are 5 sessions, each focusing on a different treatment. This is an opportunity for us to understand each other better and to talk on a personal level. It's an important step that allows us to lift the veil and deliver the right advice.

I combine the ancestral knowledge of Ayurveda on food, sleep, activities and treatments with gentle listening and guidance, based on Ayurvedic philosophy and the practice of yoga. The essence of Ayurveda and Eastern spirituality is delivered to you in Paris and online, for your full personal development.
